About MeI’m not a Doctor, I don’t have a PhD in Health and Human Performance, and I’m not even a certified trainer. Before you click the back button, here’s what I have done. I’ve been the guy who wants to feel better, look better, and ultimately be more confident in the body I live in. At the expense of my time and money, I’ve tried almost every new program, diet, and fitness hack out there. I’ve spent countless hours reading through any material I could get my hands on all because I was fed up with the clever marketing techniques of the fitness industry. Through all this, I’ve obtained a broad web of knowledge that I’m using to help save you energy, time, and money while navigating to your fitness goals.
My PurposeWith the information age in full swing, the Health and Fitness industry is saturated with experts, gurus, enthusiasts, and many other tags people use to name their credibility. I won't claim to know it all, only to be a resource directing relevant, concise content to those seeking the empowerment that comes with useful knowledge. More About MeBorn and raised in Tennessee, baseball and football have played a defining role in my upbringing. I’m about as competitive as anyone, even if I’m only competing against myself. I’m currently a Biology/Business student at Freed-Hardeman University where I’ve been blessed to continue my baseball career.
